  1. Give users ability to view personalized Engagement reports.

    I am concerned that the least engaged employees will get lost in all the positive feedback. Even though overall averages reflect positive engagement, there are no doubt individuals who may benefit from seeing their own scores on each metric of engagement. These reports would only be visible to the individual user, not admins or manager roles.

        • Show confidence levels/error bars on reports

          Because feedback is collected as a limited number of data points per time period, it's difficult to know how much to infer from the report graphs.

          Is a dip or spike caused by one or two employees' feedback to one question? Is it indicative of a trend in sentiment across more employees and questions?

          Those kinds of things are very important to accurately assessing where we need to be paying closer attention.
