  1. work on the sub-team structures: it is not possible to have a sub group of a sub group. Would help to create more targeted action plans

    Currently in working in a large team we have several sub-groups so the associated leads can help understand their teams better, improve the working environment and get to the heart of what matters for their respective colleagues.

    To do this we have one main group with six sub groups. However in our team structure in one sub team in the larger team we have up to two or three further layers of sub groups.     • Create a 'My Team vs Company Scores Only' permission level

      It would be great if we could let our users see the metrics and trendlines for their teams versus the company average, but without seeing all of the feedback or data from teams they are not a part of. This would drive engagement with OfficeVibe because people could see directly the impact that their contributions make on the team result.

      • incorporate more of the animations from the previous version in order to make the survey more engaging.

        Please consider bringing back more of the animations / graphics in the questionnaire. One of the reasons my company decided to move forward with Officevibe is for the engaging aspect of the animated surveys. I understand that you do not want the question format to create bias but including more visuals makes the questionnaire engaging for employees.

        • Encourage Top Promoters to Post Feedback On Public Websites

          Detect when someone is a net positive promoter, then prompt them to leave a GlassDoor (or such sites) review.
